The pops are brilliant, with great reductions on some of the more common pops. They have a wide collection of films, and their t shirt stock is far from limited. Five stars!!!

Very friendly staff. Although prices for trade in are not as good as selling privately they pay much better than other companies of a similar nature. Always very helpful.

Quite a good place for second hand items. Large selection to choose from and spoilt for choice. Every isle was well labeled and easy to find what I was looking for without having to ask. Staff were polite, but took a little while to box everything. Seemed like they were lost and confused. Lack of training maybe or possibly new. Not a big problem to me, though.

Great customer care and service . Nothing too much effort and the new fitted fridge is great.

I've exclusively used Burden's for years because of the excellent service of the friendly knowledgeable staff. I regard them all as friends.
